FAQs

In the event should you be unsure of anything, feel free to drop us an email and we will assist you.

  1. Will my personal details be leaked out?
    With Min & Ginger, be assured that all member details are kept confidential and will not be passed on to other merchants.

  2. How long does it take to receive the items I ordered?
    For delivery within Singapore, items will take approximately 3-7 working days to reach our local customers. Customers who wish to opt for a specific delivery date and time can do so by emailing us and arrangements will be made. Charges apply.

    For delivery outside Singapore, customers can either arrange for their own freight collect or request for us to arrange delivery to you. Freight charges are applicable and the delivery date will depend on the address of delivery.

  3. What happens if delivery is made but I or the recipient is not in?
    It is better to pick a day you are sure yourself or the recipient will be present. Otherwise, courier charges for another trip plus an additional S$5 will be charged for the extra handling.

  4. What is the return policy like?
    Goods sold are not refundable and returnable. However, if items delivered are different from what is reflected on the invoice, customers can notify Min & Ginger within 3 days of receipt of order and arrangements will be made to exchange the item within 7 working days. If an item is found to be faulty, customers may also request for an exchange within 7 days of receipt of order. Terms and conditions apply for the exchange of items.

  5. What means can I pay by?
    Customers may make payment to Min & Ginger via Paypal or Cash on Delivery (only for local customers). For other payment methods, please contact us via email for more details.

  6. Will there be a confirmation when I purchase from Min & Ginger?
    Yes! We will send a confirmation email to your preferred email account notifying you of the purchase.

  7. If an item is out of stock, how can I make a request for it?
    A request can be made via email to us. We will respond to you once we have confirmation of stock. Some items may be subjected to price variation. Please check with us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  8. Does Min & Ginger provide gift wrapping service?
    Yes we do! Depending on the occasion, we can provide gift wrapping services to suit your needs. A small fee is applicable. Email us to find out more!
