Local Shipping Policy
The flat rate courier charge is applicable only to deliveries made on weekdays during office hours and to all areas except places needing security passes (Examples are Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Jurong Island, etc). For places needing security passes, the special courier charge applies.
For deliveries to be made after office hours, on weekends and eve of public holidays, arrangements have to be made with Min & Ginger.
In the event, if the customer/recipient is absent when delivery is made, the customer has to bare the courier charges for another trip to be made. An extra S$5 is chargeable for the extra handling charges involved.
Min & Ginger is not responsible for any loss in contents once the delivery is made. However, we will on behalf of our valued customer lodge a report to the delivery company.
Min & Ginger reserves the rights to change the shipping and handling charges whenever necessary without prior notice.
Overseas Shipping Policy
All shipping charges listed in this website exclude custom duties and relevant taxes. Customer has to bare any additional charges/taxes. Min & Ginger will declare the actual amount and contents of parcel. Please note that overseas shipping charges apply to the nearest 0.5 kilogram.
In the event the delivery is unsuccessful due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer has to bare any additional courier charges for the delivery to be made again.
Min & Ginger is not responsible for any loss in contents once the delivery is made. However, we will on behalf of our valued customer lodge a report to the delivery company.

All dimensions and weight information listed in this website are a close approximation to the actual product. Please note that overseas shipping charges apply to the nearest kilogram.
Return Policy
Once an order is placed, cancellation of the order will not be entertained. However, customers may request for a change of items purchased before delivery is made provided the item purchased is of an equal or higher value.
Goods sold are not refundable and returnable. However, if items delivered are different from what is reflected on the invoice, customers can notify Min & Ginger within 3 days of receipt of order and arrangements will be made to exchange the item within 7 working days. If an item is found to be faulty, customers may also request for an exchange within 7 days of receipt of order.
Items on sale are strictly not refundable, returnable and exchangeable.
The exchange of items is subjected to availability. If the item is out of stock, Min & Ginger reserves the rights to offer their customers other products and any additional cost incurred shall be borne by the customer.
The item to be returned must be in the original condition and accompanied by the original sales invoice and packaging.
For local customers, an additional fee of S$15 will be incurred for the exchange. For customers outside Singapore, all freight and handling charges for the exchange have to be borne by the customer. Customer has to ensure that the items to be returned are packaged properly.

Privacy Policy
With Min & Ginger, all members’ information will not be divulged, sold, transferred to any third party vendor without members’ prior consent unless it is necessary to/for
- comply with the laws
- be used in legal proceedings
- delivery purposes - customer’s/recipient’s name, address and contact number will be given to the delivery company
Min & Ginger sends periodic emails to their members updating them on the latest products, promotions and events. Any other unsolicited emails sent are without Min & Ginger’s knowledge and Min & Ginger is not responsible for the contents of those emails.
